Hi, I'm Colleen, this is Brenna. We're here today at Bend Yoga Studio, and we're going to demonstrate a Twist Lying on Your Back. Brenna is going to gently draw her knees into her chest, dropping the whole of her knees with her hands. As she exhales, she'll slowly lower her knees over to the left side of her body. Her right hip will be stuck on top of her left hip as her shin grounds down onto the floor. She'll gently place her left hand under her knees and extend her right hand up over her head, diagonally extending her palm out of her shoulder. As she breaths in, she'll broaden her collar bones wide and allow the right shoulder to drop down to the floor. As she breaths out, she'll feel her hips and knees settle down to the left side of her body. If its comfortable on her neck, she'll slowly turn her gaze over her right fingertips. She can stay here for 5 to 10 breaths.
