Hi, I'm Brenna, this is Heather. We're here at Bend Yoga Studio and we're now going to demonstrate Twisting Chair Pose. Begin with your feet all the way together. And as you inhale reach your arms overhead and as you exhale bend both of your knees as if sitting in a chair. And now placing both of your palms overhead and as you exhale lower your left elbow down on top of your right knee. And as you're here every inhalation lengthen through the crown of your head as you're lengthening your spine and as you exhale draw your navel in and spin your right shoulder back. Stacking your palms and it looks like your right elbow is directly over your left elbow. Stay here for 2 to 10 breaths.
