Whatever Happened to Bette's Daughter

Thank you for that video, it really is an eye opener. Poor Bette. I feel so badly for her, hearing about what she went through with the stroke and the cancer, and then her daughter's book. I have read several bio's on Bette Davis, and Bette did so much for B.D. and B.D.'s family, helping them with debt, giving them money, and then they turned around and stabbed Bette in the back! It's really hard to watch Bette in the Phil Donahue interview, she looks so hurt and sad. I think it's disgusting what B.D. did. Took her $100.000 dollars and took off to the Bahamas leaving Bette reeling from her illness, and the pain of the book B.D. wrote. I have read of B.D. awful treatment of Bette when Bette came to Visit, making her feel totally unwanted and unwelcome, sometimes Bette would leave in tears. refbumrulz is right on "thank god for Kath" Just goes to show sometimes strangers are better than flesh and blood. I can't believe how cold and cruel B.D. Hyman is! It's an ugly sight to see.

Thank God when Bette died, she had Catherine with her at her side. Someone she loved and trusted. Her daughter sold her sould and relationship for a mere $100k. I wonder how much it bought her? She clearly didn't inherit the looks or talent of her mother and is now hawking "born again" religion. Maybe enough convicts stuffing a dollar in an envelope will keep her in the style she is now accustomed. I'd cut off my hand before I'd betray someone that loved me that much. BD will die a lonely soul in a grave no one will even visit. Married at 17 and she thinks she was her "mothers keeper". I think Bette described it best on the Phil Donahue show when she stated she gave her daughter everything she wanted in life, including her name to make money on. How sad a mother must realize that betrayal at such a late time in her life. Her mother was beloved by many and her daughter needs to take a bath in the waters of life and be born again herself. How sad.

imagine my shock when watching this vile woman realizing that her ministry is based in my beautiful town of Charlottesville Virginia! My jaw dropped & my heart sunk. BD & her psycho-babble is a stain on our lovely city.
