I know a lot of people are tired of the old crunches that you do on the floor. But this one you're going to have a dumbbell. You're going to put your hands above your heads. You're going to get a little shoulder action in this. You're going to bring opposite leg to opposite arm. You're going to go here and back, here and back. So you're working shoulders and you're getting your abs. You're going to want to do at least 15 to 20 of these and continue. And then you're going to want to stop, take a break, and at least do another set of this because you are getting your front delt right in this. And that's how you do a standing Ab exercise.
