Ivory Coast: Fighting intensifies around key Abidjan sites, including presidential palace

As troops loyal to Ivory Coast’s internationally recognised president Alassane Ouattara prepared for a final onslaught Friday, there was heavy fighting around the presidential palace and state TV station in the main Ivorian city of Abidjan.
