. Pregnancy is a very exciting time! There is a lot of planning and anticipating for the arrival of a new baby. With all the excitement come many changes in a women's body. It can be a difficult adjusting to nausea, hormone changes, fatigue, weight gain, and other body changes. For this reason, may women toss exercise aside. Others are unsure of how they should adjust their exercise routine during pregnancy and end up doing nothing at all. The reality is, however, that there is no more important a time to keep up a consistent exercise program than when you are expecting. It will greatly benefit your health and ease some of the undesirable pregnancy symptoms that affect many expectant mothers. And, yes, exercise is safe for the baby, as long as you make some minor adjustments along the way. In this E-book, I hope to provide you with the basic information and considerations that are important while you are expecting. I will take you through some of the changes happening within your body and how these changes will affect what you do when planning and executing your workouts. I will touch base on all three components of exercise, cardiovascular fitness, strength training, and flexibility. All three play important roles when you are expecting.
