Ingredients- 1 large eggplant 3-4 tbsp tahini 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 lemon juice 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp coriander powder 1 green chilli 2-3 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Roast the eggplant. Remove the skin of the eggplant. Blend the eggplant with lemon juice, garlic,cumin powder,coriander powder and chilli. Add the tahini. Add salt and olive oil. Make a smooth paste. Baba Ghanoush is ready to be served.
