    Ingredients- 1onion chopped 1/2 cup zucchini 2 tbsp garlic 3 cups cooked basmati rice 4 baby corn finely chopped 1/2 tsp ginger chopped 1large bell pepper finely chopped 3/4 tbsp red curry paste 2 green chillies chopped 1tbsp oil 1tbsp soya sauce salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil,add the onions,baby corn,bell peppers,zucchini,garlic,ginger,salt and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the curry paste, chillies,soya sauce and the spring onions. Add the rice,salt and pepper and steam it for 1 min. Serve hot.
