Healthy Aloo Parval Sabji- Indian Food Recipes

Ingredients- 250gm potatoes Parval Water 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp asafetida powder 1 tsp cumin seeds Few coriander leaves 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation- In half cup warm water mix all the dry spices together - coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder. Heat the oil. Add asafetida and cumin seeds. Further add the dry spices mixed in water to the pan and mix well. Add the potatoes and parval. Add salt and water. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves.
