Ingredients- - 250 gm potatoes - kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp asafetida - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp turmeric powder - 1 tsp red chilli powder - 2 tbsp oil salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add asafetida and potatoes and fry. Further add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well. Add kasuri methi. Let it cook for 7 minutes.
