Ingredients- 200 gms paneer 2 small onions chopped 1inch ginger 3-4 garlic pods 2-3 green chillies 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 3/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 3-4 tbsp cream 1/4 cup dry fruits (cashew nuts,raisins,makhane) 1/2 cup milk 8-10 tbsp vegetable oil salt to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add paneer and fry till golden brown . Fry dry fruits in oil. Make a paste of ginger,garlic and onions and fry it into the oil, now add red chilli powder,white pepper,turmeric,garam masala,salt and mix well. Add milk. Add roasted dry fruits and fried paneer, let it cook for a minute. Add cream. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
