And she tops that off by adding what looks like a ten-pound plate on each end of the bar, and gutting out 3 and a half reps of 130-pound curls! Don't try this at home, OR at the gym.

Then, after warming up with a lot of fairly light EZ-bar curls, she gets talked into doing ten reps of those at 110 pounds (two 45-pound plates plus the bar). She's as strong as she looks!
