Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) shares are down, while the health care products firm lowered Chief Executive William Weldon's overall compensation by 9% in 2010, according to the AP, citing a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The decline came after two years of recalls and revenue declines at the New Jersey company. J&J shares are down 1.09%, or $0.64, to $57.84.
