Hi, I'm Linda with Fitness 19. I'm going to show you how to do the Dumbbell Lateral Raise. Your feet and shoulder are width apart. You have a slight bend in your knees, your arms are straight down. you're going to bring it up to where you feel the squeeze at the top of the arms. Squeeze, its all in upper back motion. You're going to try to do 2 sets, 10 to 12 repetitions. And hopefully one of your sets is a little bit heavier than the other. Right up there, and down. And that's how you do the dumbbell raise.
