Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm here at Apex Wellness gym, and I'm going to show you how to bridge over a Yoga Ball. For this exercise you would need a Yoga Ball that fits your height requirements. You're going to sit on the Yoga Ball, walk your feet out slowly, and then lean over the back of it, and you can use your hands for balance. This will give you good stretch in your spine, and then slowly come up. Do this as many times as you like.
