Your legs are squeezed together and the tops of your feet are flat on the mat. Hands are placed right underneath the shoulders and your navel is drawing in towards your spine. As you exhale pressing into the hands, lift the chest up off the floor keeping the shoulders down and the elbows tucked. Holding for two breaths as the navel is drawing in towards your spine. As you exhale lowering that chest down transitioning into child's pose, pressing through the hands, sit the hips back towards the heels. Relax your forehead down. Arms are actively lifting off the floor, and breathe.
