This is Maryam and this is Camel Pose.

You're going to start kneeling with your knees about hip width apart and your feet pointing straight back behind you. From here, taking your hands right at your hips. Go ahead and gently press the hips forward opening through the chest.

Coming back as far as you can, if flexibility allows, you can take that right hand and grab a hold of that right ankle and release the left hand, grabbing the hold of the left ankle, and just breath.

Holding through three breaths. On your last breath, release that left hand bringing it back to your left hip, and release the right hand coming back towards your kneeling position and sit back towards your ankles.
