Hi, my name is Michelle and I'm here at Apex Wellness gym. And I'm going to show you Plank to Downward Dog to help you with your range of motion. You're going to go into Plank position and then you're going to shift your hips to the ceiling. Try to get your heels down to the ground, and then shift back to plank. Shift the hips back to Downward Dog. Do this 10 times, 3 sets. This is really great for shoulder stabilization.
