How to Perform Hip Bridge - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hi guys, my name is Jasmine Parr from Austin Fit and Fearless, and today I'm going to be showing you guys how to develop the lower body. Our next exercise guys is called the Hip Bridge. Your want to lay down on the soft surface, hopefully you have a mat. Go into sit-up position, lay down, put your hands next to your side, and bring your pelvis up into a bridge. So as I'm coming into a plank position, I really want to make sure I engage my gluteus maximus and my core. It may seem like a fairly simple exercise, but do it 10 to 20 repetitions and you'll really feel the burn. This is called the Hip Bridge movement.
