I'm Yvonne with Elements Diet and Fitness in Manassas, Virginia, and today Melodie and I am going to demonstrate the V-sit Exercise on the Bosu trainer. Melodie if you would sit about center of the trainer finding your starting point there. Great. Now she's going to use her hands to stabilize herself while she lifts the legs and gets in position. Keeping the belly pulled in, shoulders back, chest up. When she's ready, she's going to lift the arms, reach them out. And this is a hold position when she wants to hold to 20 to 60 seconds when she works up to that level. So that is the V-sit Exercise on the Bosu trainer.
