Hi guys, my name is Jasmine Parr from Austin Fit and Fearless, and today I'm going to be showing you guys how to develop the lower body. So the next exercise is called a Box jump. You're going to make sure you got a good Plyometric Box at any height. This one's about 20 inches. What you want to make sure is to square up to the box. Feet about shoulder width apart, always starting from that same squat movement You want to get a good dip and drive up forcefully with your hands and legs.
And that's called the Box Jump.
