Hi guys, my name is Jasmine Parr from Austin Fit and Fearless, and today I'm going to be showing you guys how to develop the lower body. Now i'm going to show you the Deadlift. You can grab any dumbbell or any barbell you like. Pick it up. Form is very important with the Deadlift. If you do it incorrectly, you can really injure your back. So you want to make sure you start on the right set up position. Make sure your weight is down front of you. My hips are set back right above my knees, and then I correct form. My shoulders are back. I'm in a neutral position, my back is in a neutral position, and I come up from that. Really driving up through my legs. And that's the Deadlift.
