The Hart Center for Engineering Leadership gives students an advantage in the professional world by providing them the tools needed to obtain values of intellectual strength, self confidence, and access to opportunities. The HCEL strives to create well-rounded engineers and leaders in today's professional world by building customized development plans, providing leadership coaching and giving 360˚ feedback to their students. At the HCEL they believe all students have the potential to gain leadership skills that produce powerful results.
The HCEL organizes students academic years into a Transition Program. The Transition Program is segmented into to four academic years and is customized for each students' needs
