    This core arm exercise brings awareness into the shoulder and upper back. It's good to practice for anyone at any fitness level. You begin to build muscle memory in the right form, plus you're strengthening your upper back. Work up to holding the pull position for 3-5 counts before releasing, and repeat 10 - 15 times.
