A good number of people think "I just have to train harder" when their fitness performance drops, but sometimes this is the exact opposite of what you should be doing. A drop in performance may mean you are suffering from overtraining and that you effectively limit your endurance and muscle growth. And this can happen to recreational as well as professional athletes in bodybuilding, running or any other sport. What makes detecting it even more difficult is that the symptoms in some cases are not as obvious: Sleeplessness, an increased number of colds, headaches and depression can also have their root in overtraining. In this video we are going to have a look at how you identify these and other signs of overtraining and what you can do to get out of it. Follow me on my blog: http://evilcyber.com
