Filmmaker Andres Veiel is well known as a documentary filmmaker, but now he's premiering his first feature film at the Berlinale. If Not Us, Who? tells the back story of Gudrun Ensslin and Andreas Baader, founding members of the Red Army Faction, the German terrorist group which formed in 1970.
