Oscar Pistorius is the Fastest Man with no legs, he won the 100, 200, 400 meters at the Beijing Paralympics in 2008. He was also really close to make it to the "normal" olympics but failed for 0.7 Seconds. He'll try to make it once again for London Summer olympics in 2012. And more important, he's a really nice guy, you almost see he's still a child when you talk to him.
