Cher Lloyd has hit back at abuse over her gypsy background.
With the Channel 4's Big Fat Gypsy Wedding hugely popular right now, the former X Factor contestant has been the target of a nasty Twitter campaign.
One user tweeted, "I swear I just seen half ur fam on channel 4," while another wrote, "Shouldn't you be preparing for your big fat gypsy wedding?"
Meanwhile someone else commented : "Gypsy life expectancy is 50. That means we probably have another 33 years of Cher Lloyd."
However 17-year-old Cher is not letting the abuse get to her.
She posted three messages on her Twitter site.
The first read: "sticks and stones ay! hope you all had an amazing day! cos i did"...
Later she added, "might shave all my hair off and get a tattoo on my head. goodnight world," and then, "keep chuckin those gypsy comments in, i'll tarmac ya drive and trim ya hedges for ya if ya like? No shame in me :L"
Despite the online bullies, Cher has a lot to smile about right now.
The newly turned red-head has just got back from LA where she's been working with big name producers ahead of her debut album release in August and has just started rehearsals for The X Factor tour.
Meanwhile there are rumours producers are chasing Cher to star in a celebrity version of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, even though she is not even engaged.
