Video: Ecology & Economy of an Amazon Village

The relationship between people and water is important no matter where you go. But what if that water completely inundates your village for up to 6 months at a time? Students from the Spring 2011 voyage of Semester at Sea explored one village's abilities to generate food, sustain an economy and cope with their ecology.
