Cardamom Brown Rice In Action

Ingredients:

2 cups of cooked brown basmati rice
1/2 cup dry fruits
4 cardamom pods
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Heat the oil. Add the cardamoms and dry fruits and mix well.
Add the garam masala, salt and the boiled brown rice and let it steam for about for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
