    How to Make Thai Fried Rice

    Ingredients:
    1 onion chopped
    1/2 cup zucchini
    2 tbsp garlic
    3 cups cooked basmati rice
    4 baby corn finely chopped
    1/2 tsp ginger chopped
    1 large bell pepper finely chopped
    3/4 tbsp red curry paste
    2 green chillies chopped
    1 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp soya sauce
    Salt to taste

    Preparation:
    Heat the oil.
    Add the onions, baby corn, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, ginger and salt and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add the curry paste, chillies, soya sauce and the spring onions.
    Add the rice, salt and pepper and steam it for 1 min.
    Serve hot.
