A display during a basketball game has proved more interesting than the match.

A team of players took to the court to entertain the crowd during a time-out between the Phoenix Suns and Charlotte Bobcats.

They took turns running up, bouncing off a trampoline and slamming balls into the hoop, until one of them forgot one of the basic rules of basketball.

It is the ball that goes through the hoop, and not the player.

In this case, Nick Corrales managed to do both, slam dunking himself.

He barely had time to get out of the hoop before the next player launched a ball after him.
