Zsa Zsa Gabor has been rushed back to hospital as her health continues to decline.
The ailing movie star's publicist has confirmed she was taken to a hospital in LA.
Doctors told Gabor's husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, that she was bleeding internally and he should call an ambulance.
Gabor, who will be 94 on Sunday, broke her hip and had replacement surgery last summer. Since then, she has been hospitalised several times for swelling and clots and on January 14, had her right leg amputated.
It is thought she has not recognised anyone, including her husband, since the surgery.
Hungarian born Zsa Zsa was a sex symbol in the fifties and sixties and appeared in numerous movies including Moulin Rouge in 1952 and Queen of Outer Space in 1958.
Married nine times, her accent became her trademark as well as the phrase 'dahling'.
The actress was born Sari Gabor on February 6, 1917 but as she was unable to pronounce her first name as a child, called herself Zsa Zsa instead.
