Another rat spotted on steps of Number 10

A rat has been spotted scurrying across the steps of number 10 Downing Street for the second time during a TV news report.

ITV News reporter Lucy Manning was filming outside London's most famous address when it was seen running across the Prime Minister's doorstep.

The large rodent appeared on screen twice as she delivered a live piece on the resignation of Downing Street press chief Andy Coulson.

Last week the BBC's Gary O'Donoghue found himself in the same situation, when a rat ran behind him while he was talking to the camera.
