100 gm paneer in cubes
1tbsp achari masala
1tsp corn flour
1/2 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Heat the oil.
Add the onions and mix well.
Make a paste with the yoghurt and achari masala in a bowl.
Mix corn flour in water in a different bowl.
Add the paneer in the pan and stir fry it.
Add the paste of the yogurt and achari masala. Mix well.
Add the batter of corn flour and salt and cook it for 1 minute.
