2. Game Press X
3. Look For your Patch region and press X on it, (in my Case it BLUS30377.
4.USERDIR Press X
5.Now you see all your Mw2 files at the bottom there is Patch_mp.ff
6. Press D-Pad Right and the top right lot of wrighting will be highlighed Yellow.
7. dev_usb000 Press X
8. Find your patch_mp.ff Hover over it and press O then START.
