I used the TV Rip of episode 207 (cause there was no DVD Rip version of it) with the dub audio and I reversed the rewinded scenes in the episode. There's no backwards talking in the Japanese version so I just reversed the audio from the dub to change it from backwards to forwards. Enjoy the video!
