500 gm paneer
2 medium spinach chopped
1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
1 large onion finely chopped
1 large tomato diced
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp chole masala powder
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp of butter for garnish
Heat the oil and fry the paneer till golden brown.
Add the onions and fry them till soft.
Further add the ginger-garlic paste and stir well.
Now add the spinach, fenugreek leaves, tomatoes and mix well.
Add all the dry spices, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
Add salt to taste and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Blend the cooked gravy in a blender and put it on the gas and to it add the fried paneer.
Let it cook for 2 minutes and yummy palak paneer is ready to serve.
