    Ingredients:

    250 gm caulilower
    250 gm potatoes
    1/2 tsp asafetida
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    1 green chilli chopped
    1 tomato
    few coriander leaves
    2 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste

    Preparation:
    Heat the oil. Add asafetida, cumin seeds and green chilli. Mix well.
    Now add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder and fry well.
    Now add the potatoes and cauliflower and toss well.
    Add salt and let it cook on slow flame .
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
