250gm green peas
250 gm potatoes
1/2 tsp asafetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 green chilli chopped
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
In half cup hot water mix all the dry spices together with coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
Heat the oil, add asafetida, cumin seeds and green chilli.
Next add the dry spices and water mixture. Mix well.
Now add the tomatoes, potatoes and green peas, toss well.
Add salt and let it cook on slow flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
