    How to make Aloo Bhaji

    250 gm potatoes
    1/2 tsp asafetida
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1 green chilli chopped
    Few coriander leaves
    5-6 curry leaves
    2 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste

    Heat the oil. Add asafetida, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
    Mix well.
    Next add the dry spices, turmeric powder, coriander powder and finely chopped chilli.
    Mix well.
    Now add the potatoes and toss well.
    Add salt and let it cook on slow flame .
    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
