    Ingredients:

    200 gm gawarfali boiled & cut
    250 gm potatoes
    1/2 tsp asafetida
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    2 tsp coriander powder
    1 green chilli chopped
    Few coriander leaves
    5-6 curry leaves
    2 tbsp oil
    Salt to taste

    Preparation:
    Heat the oil.
    Add asafetida, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
    Next add the dry spices, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli.
    Mix well.
    Now add the potatoes and toss well so the potatoes are coated with masala.
    Add salt and gawarfali and toss well.
    Garnish with coriander leaves.
