Three astronomers attempt to take close-up photographs of Mars by using one of the Martian moons (Phobos) to shield itself from the Mysterons. However, it isn’t going to stop the Mysterons from preventing them from discovering their secrets when they killed and reconstruct one of the astronomers to destroy the observatory itself.
