James Corden has admitted to a 'bromance' with X Factor boy band One Direction, but has defended himself against suggestions of 'turning' for them.
The Gavin and Stacey star, who counts Matthew Horne and Dominic Cooper amongst his close friends, has said that he is rooting for the young fivesome.
'I want One Direction to win. I think they're amazing, just brilliant... They're just so fit, all five of them," he admitted.
When asked if the group could 'turn' him, he quickly replied, "don't make it like that!"
Despite this, the actor was happy to name Louie as his favourite member of the group.
Corden went on to add that he is also supporting rival act Rebecca Ferguson.
One Direction will sing in The X Factor final this weekend. They are competing against Ferguson, Matt Cardle and Cher Lloyd.
