In this video, author and nutrition educator Jeannette Bessinger takes you step by step through some basic and innovative ideas for making fast and easy breakfasts for you and your family. It is very common for many of today's families to skip breakfast, but that can sabotage your nutritional and energetic health. This video will give you a wide variety of simple breakfasts that can be made in minutes, many of them by your children. The ideas include fruit-based "instant" breakfasts, "dressed up" toast, home-made muesli, hot cereal, a savory breakfast soup, 2 pan-based dishes (apple cheese bake and fluffy berry pan-cake), plus a couple of quick fresh juices.
