About a dozen Israeli stars chose to spend this day a little differently.

[Shiri Maimon, Singer]:
"There's something very fulfilling and nourishing in this."

[Guy Adler, Actor]:
"I'm very happy to be part of this, it moves me."

The artists came to prepare gift packages together with people with disabilities. It's their way of supporting the idea that the studio "& Joy" (Andjoy) is based upon. This place employs people with special needs and is one among the very few that pays salaries on an hourly basis, rather than based on output.

[Tali Sharon, Actress]:
"It's amazing, I mean, it makes our capitalist world a little better."

[Nadav Attia, Entrepreneur and Manager, "& Joy" Studio]:
"This business requires a lot of investment. It's economic returns are not always up to par like in any other normal business, but their loyalty and their desire to develop and progress, for me personally, it creates some kind of a boost to continue and promote this project."

[Hila Khen, Worker, "& Joy" Studio]:
"It gives me work and a social life. Here we are all a family."

Actress Ricky Blich has been acquainted with the studio for over one year. What "& Joy" is doing is very close to her heart. She decided that the best way to help is to invite her famous friends to hold an activity that would attract media attention.

[Ricky Blich, Actress]:
"It's very, very helpful to them, it greatly increases the amount of orders. They are also not supported by the state. They do not accept donations, nor contributions or appropriations of any kind. They just sustain themselves like a business, only on orders. So what is needed is for people to just order flowers, gift baskets and decorative products."
