Former England rugby player and renowned foodie Matt Dawson travels across the country, meeting the people that produce and make these culinary legends and setting them a massive challenge – to create supersize portions of these brilliant dishes. Each episode features a new location, a new dish and a thrilling against-the-clock cook-off that features two teams comprised of local food producers. Five local judges will cast their eye over the enormous creations, and hundreds of local will tuck into the feasts when they’re completed.
