    With only one week to the UCMMA Heavyweight title shot, Oli Thompson takes his conditioning to the next level with the aid of MMA Strength & Conditioning coaches, Christian Vila (Combat Ready), and Alex Backhouse (ZT Fight Skool)

    Here we use the Raptor training vest which allows multiple variations of exercises and hook up points, attached to the Vertimax for fight-specific drills lasting five minutes each.

    These drills where repeated four times, with only one minute rest between them.
