A Japanese company have made a robot nurse that mimics human behaviour.

The Actroid-F is expected to be used in hospitals to observe and gauge patients' reactions.

The lady robot has been made by a company called Kokoro in Japan.

Its realistic skin is made from silicone.

Actroid-F is adapted from an earlier model that they sold. Usually, the company makes the robots for recreational purposes.

The robot cannot walk and so sits while an operator pulls facial expressions that it copies.
