SUPER PROFESSIONAL!!! I ordered a leather couch from Coleman Furniture.com. It took me a while to decide exactly what style to get, so I spoke to their customer service rep on the phone. He was super patient and helpful, sending me all the extra info I needed to make a decision. Finally, when couch delivery day came, it went off without a hitch. The guys showed up when they said they would and lugged it up to my third floor apartment. The delivery team was super professional- unpacked the whole couch, placed it exactly where I wanted it.
